Tammy Christall, CIC, ACSR Commercial Lines Department Manager, joined the CBS team in 1996. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Tammy currently serves on the advisory council for United Fire Group. Mandy Albritton, CIC, ACSR Commercial Lines Account Manager and Licensed Workers Comp Adjuster, has been part of the CBS team since 2003. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Phyllis Hollenbeck, CIC Commercial Lines Account Manager, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 6 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency. Through continuing education she has received the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Ruby Kemp, ACSR Commercial Lines Account Manager, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 13 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Teresa Netz, ACSR Teresa Netz, Account Representative, has been a part of the CBS team since the company's inception in 1992. She began her insurance career in 1978 with a local insurance agency. Through continuing education, she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Teresa currently serves on agency advisory councils for both America First Insurance Company and Texas Mutual Insurance Company. CJ Payne, CIC, ACSR Commercial Lines Account Manager, has been part of the CBS team since 2002. Prior to her employment with CBS Insurance she was a Collection Manager for a publishing company. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Donna Reese, ACSR Commercial Lines Account Manager, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 10 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Connie Wright Commercial Lines Account Manager, she has been a part of the CBS team since the company's inception in 1992. Connie began her insurance career in 1972. She was employed by Rollins Burdick Hunter (now AON Corp.) in Houston before moving to Abilene. She began working with Dewayne Chitwood in 1987. Chika Layman, CIC, ACSR Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist, joined the CBS team in 2003. Prior to joining CBS she served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Linda Versyp Commercial Lines Claims Specialists, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 18 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency where she worked in the claims department. Sherry Anderson Commercial Lines Processor, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 14 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency. Prior to working in commercial lines she was a personal lines processor. Tina Barefield, ACSR Commercial Lines Processor, joined the CBS team in April 2008. Prior to working in insurance she worked for a staffing firm. Through continuing education she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Michelle Robbins Commercial Lines Processor, joined the CBS team in January 2008 after 7 years with First Southwest Insurance Agency. Prior to working in insurance she worked in banking. Susan Gravelle, CISR Commercial Lines Marketing Specialists, joined the CBS team in March 2010. Prior to joining CBS, Susan worked for Boley-Featherston Insurance in Wichita Falls. Through continuing education she has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.
