Tammy Christall, ACSR, CIC - Commercial Lines Manager
Tammy Christall, Commercial Lines Department Manager, has been a part of the CBS team since 1996. She has held various offices for the Insurance Professionals of Abilene, serving twice as President. Through continuing education, she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of

CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.

Chika Layman, ACSR, CIC - Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist
Chika Layman, Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist, began her insurance career when she joined CBS in 2003. Through continuing education Chika has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and the National Designation of CIC from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.

Connie Wright - Commercial Lines Account Manager
Connie Wright, Account Manager, has been a part of the CBS team since the company's inception in 1992. Connie began her insurance career in 1972. She was employed by Rollins Burdick Hunter in Houston and has been working with Dewayne Chitwood since 1987.

Teresa Netz, ACSR - CompCare Account Executive
Teresa Netz, Account Representative, has been a part of the CBS team since the company's inception in 1992. She began her insurance career in 1978 with a local insurance agency. Through continuing education, she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Teresa currently serves on agency advisory councils for both America First Insurance Company and Texas Mutual Insurance Company.

CJ Payne, ACSR - Commercial Lines Account Manager
CJ Payne, Account Manager, has been a part of the CBS team since 2002. Prior to her employment at CBS Insurance she was a Collections Manager for a publishing company. Through continuing education CJ has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation and is working toward her Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Mandy Albritton, ACSR - CompCare Licensed Claims Specialist
Mandy Albritton, CompCare Licensed Adjuster, has been a part of CBS since 2003. Mandy began her insurance career with Blue Cross Blue Shield in Abilene, Texas. In 2000 she became a licensed workers compensation adjuster employed with ICON Benefits Adminstration. Through continuing education Mandy has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.
