Judy Lewis, ACSR, CIC - Personal Lines Manager
Judy Lewis, Personal Lines Department Manager, joined CBS as a Claims Handler in 1998. She began her insurance career in 1974 with Reserve Life Ins. Company. During her career, she has attained her ACSR designation and has completed the CIC Institute. These education programs offer advanced knowledge of our products, risk analysis and customer service. Lewis has serviced on the Board of Directors with the Insurance Professionals of Abilene.

Melinda Miller Hurt, a life long area resident, has joined our team at CBS Insurance as a Marketing Specialist in 2004. She holds a Life & Health Insurance License as wells as a Property and Casualty License. She has specialized in Farm & Ranch, Home and Auto lines of business during her career. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she was the Manager/Operator of a Rural Water Supply Corporation from 1974 to 1993.

Lisa Henderson, Personal Lines Account Manager, has been a part of the CBS team since 1996. Lisa is an Accredited Customer Service Representative. ACSR is a respected professional designation for customer service representatives in independent insurance agencies. Henderson has been a leader in the Insurance Professionals of Abilene, serving on the Board for three years.

Carmen Cortinaz, Account Manager, has been a part of the CBS team since January 2002. Carmen began her insurance career in 1979 working in Commercial Lines working for both insurance companies and insurance agencies. She has worked both Commercial and Personal Lines of insurance. Through continuing education, Carmen has earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in Personal Lines.
